I have Cheated

Last day I had an exam of a course about organization I'm working in, although lessons wasn't funny but class was good.
I wrote some contents on a small paper and took it on exam session and used it, it helped some other guys in the class but the problem is I feel somehow guilty, it is not get usual for me yet. I don't know I think I'm going forget it and feel the joy of passing another exam.
